What is my postpartum approach?
The approach I take towards postpartum care is comprehensive and hands-on, with a strong emphasis on holistic well-being. This approach prioritizes various aspects such as nutrition, gentle exercise, ample rest, and emotional support to ensure the overall well-being of the mother. Additionally, I advocate for the use of natural remedies like herbal teas, aromatherapy, and essential oils to promote healing and relaxation.
I firmly believe in aiding mothers in their recovery process by encouraging a balanced diet rich in nutrients and allowing plenty of family bonding time for healing and growth. I am adaptable to the needs of each family, offering a flexible approach that can be as involved or hands-off as required.
